Refunds and Returns
Personalized orders are custom-made products and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We will begin the personalization process immediately after you place your order. Therefore, once shipped, we will not be able to modify personalized information such as size or color.
If it is ultimately confirmed that it was our mistake, we will immediately send you a new product and resolve the issue. However, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in this case. Please note that personalized items contain your unique personalized information and cannot be resold after being sold. Thank you for your understanding!
Order Cancellation
Once your order enters the processing stage, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
We regret to inform you that personalized orders cannot be changed once shipped because they are locked for processing. Please carefully check all information before finalizing your order.
Free Replacement: This service applies to packages with shipping delays exceeding three weeks or far beyond the estimated delivery date. If the delivery address is correct, we will replace it immediately free of charge. Furthermore,
if the product malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, we will assume full responsibility. Free replacements are available in the following situations:
1) Product malfunction, damage, or breakage due to factory or carrier error;
2) Significant discrepancies in your order, such as incorrect personalized information coding.
Replacement Process:
Please send an email to our address with the following information:
1) Order number and email address;
2) Photos or videos of the defective product;
3) If your claim relates to a printing error, please attach a picture of the error;
4) If your complaint relates to sizing, please attach a measuring tape, ruler, or straightedge, along with a photo of the problematic garment.
If our customer service team confirms the above is true, we will send you a new product. We do not offer refunds, as we believe a replacement is the best solution for your problem.
We generally do not accept exchange requests due to customer errors (such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address). Therefore, please carefully verify your address before payment. In addition, due to lighting conditions during photography or screen display effects, there may be a 20% color difference between the advertised image and the actual product received. Please understand.
If the return is due to the customer's own fault, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If the received product is damaged or does not match the description due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.

Order cancellation period is 3 days. Order processing time is 7 to 15 days after order placement.

Special items (such as customized items, promotional items, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for quality issues.
Low-price exchanges! Good news! You can exchange items for a small fee in the following situations:
