How much is the shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: $3.90, Delivery Time: 7-14 days.

Express Air Freight: $6.90, Delivery Time: 5-11 days.

Free shipping on orders over $59.

Processing Time:

Processing time includes the production cycle of your order. Standard products typically require 1-2 days to produce, while custom products may require 3-5 days. This production time is not included in the estimated delivery time mentioned above.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

To modify your order, please contact us before 3:00 PM Pacific Time: support@madeugift.com. Modification requests will not be accepted after this time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we will provide you with tracking information via email after your order ships. If you cannot find tracking information immediately, it may be due to certain shipping methods.

Please note the following:

If your tracking information shows "No information available," it may take 2-5 business days for the system to update.

Due to logistical reasons, items in the same order may be delivered in batches.

All orders require a signature upon delivery; please ensure someone is present at the provided address to sign for the package during business hours.

Which courier company do you use?

madeugift.com partners with reputable carriers to ensure your products arrive on time. Depending on the order weight and destination, we may choose different carriers to ship your package.

Do I need a signature upon receipt?

A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure that you or someone else can sign for the package during the delivery period.

Important Note: We do not accept P.O. Box addresses or military addresses. Please provide a residential address for door-to-door delivery.
